Shipping Policy

For the United States, we offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more.
Please note that you will receive your order within 5 to 8 business days.
For shipments outside the U.S., once you enter your destination address at checkout, you will see the available shipping options for your country along with their respective prices.
NOTE: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.
Orders are shipped as soon as they are processed in our store. All shipments are made from our office located in Weston, Florida, USA.
Delivery time depends on the carrier, the shipping method selected at checkout, and the recipient’s address.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation within two business days with your order details and updates.

 

IMPORTANT:

  • We use different courier companies to ship worldwide.
  • Delivery times begin 2–3 business days after the order is placed, depending on product availability and credit verification, using your preferred shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or any other issues once your order has been shipped.
  • If a problem occurs after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the option you selected during checkout.
  • If your order is returned by the carrier due to an unsuccessful delivery, you are responsible for covering the reshipping cost.

  • Depending on your country’s customs regulations, additional import taxes or fees may apply to your order.
We recommend checking the applicable customs laws in your country with your preferred international carrier.
